1.Q: How do I determine the required steam capacity?

A: The function of a boiler is to convert the hot water inside the unit into steam using the thermal energy from fuel.
Steam capacity refers to how many kilograms or liters of water you need to convert into steam per hour. By calculating your total steam consumption, we can help you select a boiler with the appropriate capacity to ensure efficient operation and avoid energy waste.

2.Q: What is steam pressure?

A: Boiler steam pressure refers to the pressure exerted by the steam at the boiler outlet during operation. It is typically measured in Bar or Megapascals (MPa). When selecting the steam pressure, it should not be lower than the highest required pressure of all steam-consuming equipment, and a margin of 1–3 bar should be reserved for pipe resistance loss to ensure safety and efficiency.

For boilers with larger capacities, we can also offer semi-skid or modular skid-mounted solutions to minimize the workload of on-site installation for our customers. Once the equipment is received, it can be put into use by simply connecting the water and power sources, significantly saving installation time and labor costs.

1.Q: Why does my boiler system require water treatment?

A: Natural water contains hardness ions such as calcium and magnesium, which form scale under the high temperatures of the boiler. This scale buildup significantly reduces heat exchanging efficiency and can eventually lead to critical tube failure or bursting.
To protect your investment, we equip every system with a fully automatic water softener. This ensures that the feedwater hardness is maintained below 0.03 mmol/L, effectively preventing scale formation and extending the overall service life of your boiler.

A: Absolutely yes. Condensate is high-temperature distilled water. By installing a Condensate Recovery System, you can recycle this heat back into the boiler, drastically reducing water consumption and fuel usage.

3.Q: How long does it take to generate steam from a cold start?

A: Depending on the boiler capacity and structural design, our fast-start series can generate stable steam within 5 to 15 minutes. This rapid response minimizes energy waste during the pre-heating process and allows your production line to commence operations much sooner.
